Eat your colors!
Each of the colors in fruits and vegetables have different vitamins and minerals in them. The more colors you eat, the more likely you are to get a variety of vitamins and minerals that you need in a day.

Next time you sit down for a meal, look at the colors. Is there a variety? Is it a colorful plate?
