Prevent Cramps – With What?

We’ve all heard that eating a banana before a workout can prevent cramps, but cantaloupe is way better!

  • Potassium: 475mg. More than a small banana. Potassium keeps electrolytes balanced when you sweat. It helps prevent sweating out too much salt when you work out also, preventing cramping.
  • Magnesium: 25mg. Potassium needs magnesium to help it in and out of sells for muscles to work.
  • Water: cantaloupe is rich in fluid, helping prevent dehydration
  • Deliciousness: cantaloupe is so yummy!!
